					software troubleshooting and repair for end users.  Of 
					course, we support more than just desktops... we also 
					support laptops, tablets, mobile phones and Apple computers, 
					tablets and phones.
					
					On-Site Support
					 
					An iTechPro technician will be deployed to your home or office to 
					diagnose and resolve issues related to network 
					infrastructure as well as hardware and software issues. 
					 
					
					
					Phone Support
					An iTechPro technician will communicate with onsite people to 
					assist them in 
					diagnosing and resolving issues related to 
					network infrastructure as well as hardware and software 
					issues.  
 
					
					 
					Remote Control 
					Support
					 
					An iTechPro technician will communicate 
					with onsite people to assist them in initiating a remote 
					control session whereby iTechPro staff will take control of the 
					computer having a problem.  iTechPro staff will then 
					diagnose and resolve any issues related to network 
					infrastructure as well as hardware and software issues. 
					
					This service requires that the computer
