Remote
Support
This
service allows iTechPro to remotely control your
computer over the internet so that we don't even have to
come to your home! The computer that needs work
must still be able to access the internet. You
must also be present for this service since we may need
your help to accomplish certain tasks that are
impossible for the Pro to do remotely. For
example, put a specific CD in the CD ROM drive, connect
a cable between devices, etc.
Many
services can be accomplished remotely:
Software Installs
Attach and Install and external device such as a
printer, hard drive, camera, music player.
Data Backup or Transfer
Many Operating System Services (but not all)
Many Advanced System Repairs (but not all)
