Service Fees & Pricing Model
On-Site Visit
$99.99 - This is the minimum fee to come to your
location. The service includes a diagnostic to determine the cause of the problem,
recommend a solution and provide an estimate for repairs.
If a repair is not what you require, the On-Site Visit
can be used as a consultation regarding improvements,
upgrades and additions to enhance the capabilities of your
current technology.
Our
pricing structure is tier-based, and is focused on providing
services at the best possible price we can give to you.
If the service you need is not listed below, please ask one
of our Pros which Tier the service you need will fall
under.
All
service calls consist first of a Base Tier Service, usually
an On-Site Visit. Then, depending on your needs,
additional services may be required. These Add-On Tier
Services are the same as the Base Services in terms of the
work iTechPro will perform, however, they are significantly
discounted since you already have a Base Service as part of
your service call. So, if you had two computers that each
needed a diagnostic, you would pay for a Base Tier 1
(On-Site Visit) but the second computer's diagnostic would
only be charged for an Add-On Tier 2 service which is also a
diagnostic but at a lower price than the Base Tier 1
(On-Site Visit) price.
