From computer repair, computer setup and computer networking
to data backups and transfers, hardware and software
installs and general tech troubleshooting... iTechPro will
take care of all your technology needs.
Appointments are currently being taken Monday through
Friday, 8am to 4pm. If you need a time outside these
standard hours we will make every effort to accommodate your
needs so please call and let us know when you need us.
On-Site Service
All On-Site Visits
carry a minimum charge of $99.99. The service includes a
diagnostic to determine the cause of the problem,
recommend a solution and provide an estimate for
repairs. If you choose not to have the required
work to repair the issue performed, then you pay only
the On-Site Visit fee of $99.99. If a repair is
not what you require, the On-Site Visit can be used as a
consultation regarding improvements, upgrades and
additions to enhance the capabilities of your current
technology.
Pick-Up/Drop-Off
Service
This service works the same as an On-Site Visit except
that we come to your home, spend
about 15 min with the computer in your home and then
take your computer with us back to our Office.
Once on our workbench, we
complete any diagnostic work and then contact you with an
estimate (usually the same day). With your approval and
payment, we
complete the work agreed upon and then return the computer to you. We
then test your computer with you to make sure you are
satisfied with the work performed.
Remote
Control Service
We set a time when a Pro can
remotely control your computer over the internet so that
we don't even have to come to your home! The
computer that needs work must still be able to access
the internet. You must
also be present for this service since we may need your
help to accomplish certain tasks that are
impossible for the Pro to do remotely. For
example, put a specific CD in the CD ROM drive.
