Phone Support:
An ITP technician will communicate with onsite people to
assist them in diagnosing and resolving issues related to
network infrastructure as well as hardware and software
issues.
Remote Control
Support: An ITP technician will communicate
with onsite people to assist them in initiating a remote
control session whereby ITP staff will take control of the
computer having a problem. ITP staff will then
diagnose and resolve any issues related to network
infrastructure as well as hardware and software issues.
This service requires the computer
with the problem is still able to connect to the internet.
